Thank you for using LoopCut. This page provides support information for the LoopCut app for iPad, operated by Sugarfaye & Xueke (the "Service Provider").

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 48 hours (business days).
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include the following in your email:
How is the length of the finished video decided?
By your music. The total length of all the audio tracks you import is the length of the exported video — the video clip loops as many times as needed to fill it. If you want a longer result, add more music; if you want a shorter one, remove or trim tracks. The app shows the total length and an estimated file size before you export.
Do I need more than one video clip?
No. One clip is enough — that is the point of LoopCut. It repeats the clip until the music runs out, and cross-dissolves every seam so the loop is not jarring. You can adjust the dissolve duration per segment; the default is 0.7 seconds.
Can I use several pieces of music?
Yes. Import as many tracks as you like, drag them to reorder, and tap to preview. They play back to back, and their combined length sets the length of the finished video.
How do I remove the watermark?
Every editing and export feature is free, and exports carry a small LoopCut watermark. A one-time in-app purchase removes it from all future exports permanently. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.
I already paid, but the watermark is still there. What do I do?
Open the "Remove Watermark" screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchase" — that asks the App Store to re-confirm your purchase on this device. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, and that the device is online. If the watermark still appears after restoring, email us and include the date of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app is broken, please also let us know so we can fix it.
Exporting is slow, or the export failed.
Long videos take time to write, and a long music playlist can produce a large file. Before exporting, check that the device has more free space than the estimated file size shown in the app, keep the iPad plugged in for long exports, and leave LoopCut in the foreground. If an export fails repeatedly, email us with the music length, clip length, and free storage on the device.
Does LoopCut run on iPhone?
Not yet. LoopCut is currently built for iPad in landscape orientation. iPhone support is planned for a future version.
The app crashes or does not work properly. What should I do?
Please try closing and reopening the app, and make sure you have updated to the latest version from the App Store. If the problem persists, restart your device. If none of these steps help, contact us at the email above with the details of your device and the issue.
Does LoopCut upload my videos anywhere?
No. All importing, editing, previewing, and exporting happen locally on your device. Your media is never uploaded to us or to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use any music I want?
Only music you have the right to use. LoopCut does not clear rights on your behalf — if you plan to publish the exported video, make sure you own or are licensed to use the audio and video you import. See our Terms & Conditions.
How do I request deletion of my data?
LoopCut does not collect personal data, and your projects are stored only on your device — deleting the app removes them. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for more about your rights.
